Refining the way you see- and capture- your child’s world. This is a year long journey in capturing the story of your child.
Meet once a month in a small group setting on location in Anacortes or a nearby surrounding area. We will meet the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm with the option of a few add-on Sundays. Sessions will be an hour long with the first half hour of instruction and the second half will be hands on shooting.
We will have an initial meet-up via Zoom/in person on April 8th. This will be an informal meeting to introduce myself and the goals for the year.
I will provide each month’s location at least 2 weeks in advance.
Monthly techniques & themes!
The theme for April is “Golden Hour” or “Make shooting in the rain fun!” depending on weather.
April 14: (early evening…time tbd) at Tulip Valley Farms (please feel free to bring your child(ren) to have hands on practice but keep in mind that the first 30 minutes we will be learning. (this will be a rain or shine event, so please dress accordingly)
At the end of the year we will celebrate all we’ve learned by inviting our friends and family to a showcase of our favorite images taken.
This is a one time fee for the whole year. A $207 savings if you purchase this one time fee of $300. (See other listing in my store if you wish to purchase with the monthly payments)
You do not need a fancy camera to attend this workshop, you just need basic knowledge of your camera/phone. These sessions will focus on finding the light, helping create an atmosphere for your child that encourages natural play/posing, and some elevated techniques with the help of studio lighting.
